This recipe is PHAT (Pretty Hot And Tempting) and loaded with healthy nutritious FATs! We all know how hard it is to get all those healthy fats into our diets, and how hard it is to get a nutritious breakfast on a busy schedule! This is an incredibly tasty way!! YAY!!
Jeannie's PHAT Cup of JoeI use a Magic Bullet for convenience! So I combine all ingredients and only half of my coffee, then blend. I add the rest of the coffee after it's done blending. This just prevents the cup from overflowing while blending since it gets pretty frothy!
1 1/2cup brewed Organic Mold Free Coffee
2 tbs Grass Fed Butter
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1-2 tsp Cocoa (Optional)
1-2 tbs Honey
Dash of Vanilla Extract or DIY Beans and Vodka (Optional)
Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)
1 egg or 2 egg yolks (Buy Local Free Range)
If you aren't a coffee fan just turn it into a PHAT Cup of Cocoa or a PHAT Cup of Tea! Just simply replace the coffee with tea or water!
